Is there a free plan or trial?
No. Every plan is paid. You can try the interactive demo first, and you can create an account and set up your knowledge base before choosing a plan.
What is a credit?
A credit is how tool usage is measured. A Short or Medium post costs 3 credits, a longer post costs 1 credit per section plus 2, a rewrite costs 2, and titles, outlines, FAQs and SEO fixes cost 1 each.
Do I lose credits if a generation fails?
No. Credits are reserved right before a tool runs and refunded automatically if the writing fails, so a failed request costs nothing.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes. On any plan you can buy a one-time pack of 100 credits for $12, 300 credits for $29, 1000 credits for $79. Pack credits never expire and are used after your monthly credits.
Do my credits roll over?
Monthly plans refill to your plan's allowance at the start of each billing period rather than rolling over. Annual plans grant a full year of credits up front.
Can I manage several brands or clients?
Yes. Brands are free and unlimited on every plan. Each brand has its own knowledge base, drafts, connected blogs and calendar, and they all share your account's credit balance.
Which blogs can I publish to?
WordPress (5.6 or newer, using Application Passwords) and Ghost (using an Admin API key). You can connect several sites and publish as a draft, publish immediately, or schedule a post.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Open the app and use Account, then Manage billing. That opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can switch plans or cancel.
