Everything you need to write, rank and publish

Handoff Hero covers the whole job: deciding what to write, writing it in your voice, scoring it for search, publishing it to your blog and turning it into social posts.

01 · Generator

From a topic to a finished post in three steps

Topic, Plan, Write. Give it a topic and a main keyword, approve a title and outline, and get a complete post with a title, meta description, intro, sections and a conclusion.

See it write a post in the demo
  • Long posts, written section by section

Standard, Listicle, How-To and Pillar posts (up to about 4,000 words) are planned as an outline first, then each section is written on its own with the one before it as context. A live checklist shows which section is being written.

  • Edit the plan before anything is written

Titles and an outline are suggested together. Reorder, rename or remove headings, or start from a competitor's outline by URL or screenshot.

  • Personal touch

Answer a few questions only you can answer: a story, a result, an opinion. Your answers land in the sections they belong to, in first person, never embellished.

  • Keyword check

See search volume, difficulty and the live top 10 for your keyword, plus the median length of the articles that rank. That length becomes your post's target.

  • Two writing tiers

Standard is fast and economical. Pro uses a larger Claude model for richer prose and costs 3x the credits.

  • Batch mode

Paste a list of topics with shared settings. Each one is written in turn and saved to your drafts, with a Stop button between posts.

02 · SEO score

A 100-point SEO score with one-click fixes

Every draft is scored the moment it's written, and the score updates as you edit. Each miss tells you why and offers a fix.

  • Five areas, 100 points

Keyword (25), Depth (20), Structure (20), Links (15) and Rich results (20): keyword placement, length against the pages that rank, readability, headings, paragraph length, internal and outside links, FAQ, cover image and alt text.

  • Fixes that only touch what's wrong

Rewrite just the title, the meta description, the intro, a heading or long paragraphs. Only those snippets change; the rest of your post stays exactly as it is.

  • FAQ for People Also Ask

Generate questions grounded in what this specific post says, with short direct answers that suit featured snippets, added to the post as its own FAQ section.

  • Internal links to your own posts

Suggestions to link phrases in your draft to posts already on your blog. Every anchor is checked against the real text before it's offered.

03 · Brands and knowledge base

Your voice, your facts, every time

Each brand has a knowledge base of brand voice, reference facts and past posts. Every writing tool reads it, so posts sound like you instead of generic AI filler.

  • As many brands as you run

Brands are free and unlimited. Each has its own knowledge base, drafts, connected blogs and calendar, and they all share one credit balance.

  • Pick the voice per post

Save several brand voice entries and choose one as the tone for a post, or let them blend.

  • Import past posts

Pull your own published posts straight in from your blog as reference, without copying and pasting.

04 · Publishing

Publish to WordPress and Ghost

Connect one or more of your own sites and send a draft there as a draft, published now, or scheduled for later.

  • Connect in a click

Approve Handoff Hero on your own WordPress site (5.6 or newer) or enter an Application Password. Ghost connects with an Admin API key. Credentials are encrypted at rest and never sent back to your browser.

  • Tags, categories and covers

Reuse your site's existing categories or get one suggested, add tags, and pick a cover photo from Unsplash with the photographer credited.

  • Improve posts that are already live

Open any published post to add internal links in both directions, place your saved affiliate links, add or replace an FAQ, write a tighter meta description or swap the cover image.

05 · Calendar

Plan a month of posts in one go

A month grid (or a list on your phone) showing what's already on your blog next to what you've planned, with every platform's status on each entry.

  • Fill month

Choose how often to post (once a week up to daily), which social platforms ride along and an optional Sunday newsletter. With AI ideas on, each entry gets a real title, target keyword and angle grounded in your knowledge base (2 credits per brand) and checked against the last 90 days of your plan so ideas don't repeat.

  • Only fills the gaps

Days that already have an entry, and days in the past, are skipped, so running it again never duplicates your plan.

  • Straight into writing

Open any entry in the generator with its topic and keyword filled in, or write the whole month's posts in a batch.

  • Every brand at once

Switch to the All brands view to see each brand's posts color coded on one calendar.

06 · SEO tools

Know what to write before you write it

Research tools backed by real search data, each one a click away from the generator.

  • Topic ideas and long-tail keywords

Get topic ideas grounded in your niche, or specific three-plus-word phrases that are easier to rank for, with volume and difficulty attached.

  • Content gaps

Find topics your blog hasn't covered yet, judged against your published posts or a competitor's real ranking keywords.

  • Keyword overview

Volume, difficulty, a 12-month trend, related keywords, the live top 10 and Google Trends interest for any keyword.

  • Rank tracking and page audits

Check where a post ranks for its keyword whenever you like, and audit any page for load time, meta tags, headings and broken resources.

07 · Repurpose and rewrite

One post, every channel

Turn a finished post into social posts and a newsletter in your voice, or rewrite any text to sound like you.

  • Pick only the platforms you need

An X post and thread (which also fit Threads), a LinkedIn post, an Instagram caption with carousel slides, distinct Pinterest pin ideas and an email newsletter. You pay one credit per platform you pick.

  • Link back to the post

Optionally add a link to the original post at the end of each piece. The app adds the real URL itself, so it's never mistyped.

  • Voice rewriter

Paste text, or import one of your published posts, and get it back in your brand voice.

08 · Social

Social Studio

Save posts that work on X, Threads, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest or LinkedIn, learn why they work, and write your own in your brand's voice.

  • X-Ray any post

Save a post or thread and get its hook, angle, structure and a fill-in template. Pins are read from the image too.

  • Remix for any network

Turn a saved format into fresh drafts for the network you pick, from a topic or one of your posts, never copying the original's words.

  • Branded images

Make post, story and pin images in your brand's colors, with headlines and tips written for you if you like.

  • Pins and Instagram images in a batch

Turn a post into 3 to 5 Pinterest pins or Instagram images at once, each with its title, description or caption and alt text, from ten pin templates (2 credits a set).

  • Straight onto the calendar

Put drafts on your content calendar, then log their numbers to see which formats work best for you.

09 · Credits

Pay for what you write, not for seats

Every plan comes with a monthly credit balance shared across all your brands. Different tools cost different amounts, so you're never paying for a flat cap you don't use.

Reserved up front, refunded on failure

Credits are set aside right before a tool runs. If the writing fails, they go straight back to your balance.

Long posts cost what they use

Short and Medium posts cost 3 credits. Longer posts cost 1 per section plus 2 for the title, intro and conclusion.

Monthly credits by plan

  • Starter ($19/mo)300
  • Growth ($39/mo)800
  • Pro ($69/mo)1,500
  • Business ($149/mo)4,500
